  • SeqEyes Online — Pulseq MRI Sequence Viewer — An interactive Pulseq .seq file viewer with GPU-accelerated 3D k-space rendering. Available as a web app, VS Code extension, and MATLAB toolbox. Inspired by SeqEyes. [Web App]

  • ACDC Shim Waveform Optimization — A Python toolkit for solving constrained shim-coil-current optimization problems in MRI. Implements four solvers (exact QP + FISTA variants) for static and time-varying $B_0$ shimming with amplifier SIRF modeling, developed during internship at the Martinos Center. [Notes]

  • Concomitant Field Simulation — A backend-agnostic Python package (NumPy / CuPy / PyTorch) for GPU-accelerated simulation of phase accumulation caused by concomitant fields (Maxwell Terms) in MRI, with auto-grad support for differentiable deep learning pipelines. [Notes]

  • PyBiotSavart — A Python library designed to simulate and visualize magnetic fields generated by various coil configurations using the Biot-Savart law. It provides an easy-to-use interface for calculating magnetic fields and visualizing them in 3D space. With GPU acceleration powered by PyTorch, PyBiotSavart ensures faster computations for large-scale simulations.
